About Me

Since qualifying in 2005 I have been a practicing physiotherapist and have experienced working in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. I am passionate about helping people to recover from injuries and to improve their overall quality of life.

My patients are treated like I would treat a family member, with care compassion and sympathy. I am confident that my skills and experience would make a difference to your condition and that the treatment that I provide will change and improve your quality of life.

My experience covers a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, Neuro / MSK post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain.

I have a deep interest in working with patients who are suffering from chronic pain and have developed several strategies to help them manage their pain and improve their physical health.

One of the most satisfying areas of my work is helping someone regain their mobility and enabling them to continue to live their life to the fullest.

I am also a strong advocate for patient education and believe that it is essential for patients to be active participants in their own rehabilitation. I enjoy working with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that help them to achieve their goals.
